You can only post any advertisement to another site in a new topic in the Advertising Forum. Make sure your site is appropriate (no nudity or extreme gore) and as long as you include your site name and URL to it, you're free to add whatever in your advertisement (that's PG-13 appropriate) Your site must be active and have more than at least two members please.
That's all there is to it. Affliating availability will be ready when I get to it. So wait until then on that option.
