History: She grew up with a brother and sister. When they were little, her brother was killed by humans. Her entire family was effected by that tragedy. Julia now holds a large grudge against humans, and she is determind to get back at them.
Personal: Julia had always been very close to Eric and when he died, she became determind to control her powers. She wanted to get back at the ones who killed them, so she practises every day.
Family: Both her and her sister were born with rare abilities. Julia can control time and Luna is a Seer. Julia can also control earth. She and her sister became closer because of the loss of their brother. They trained together with their mother and father until now, and Julia also trains on her own sometimes, practicing hard to get less tired when she controls time.
